All NaijaBase plans are billed in Nigerian Naira via Paystack. No dollar invoices, no forex risk.

Upgrading your plan
- Go to app.naijabase.dev/billing
- Click Upgrade plan
- Select your new plan and review the features
- Pay via Paystack — cards, bank transfer, or USSD all work
- Your new plan activates immediately
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until then.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Payment methods
All payments go through Paystack, which supports:
- Debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
- Bank transfer
- USSD (
*737*and others) - Nigerian bank accounts
Invoices
A PDF invoice is emailed to your account address automatically after each successful payment. You can also download invoices from the billing page.
Free plan limits
The Starter plan is free forever. Limits apply:
- 500 MB PostgreSQL database
- 1 GB file storage
- 50,000 API requests per month
- 1 project
- Community support only (no SLA, no guaranteed response time)
Free accounts with no activity for 90+ days may be suspended. You'll receive a warning email 14 days before any suspension. Log in to reactivate.
Business & Compliance plans
These plans include NDPA compliance features for regulated industries:
Business plan (₦75,000/mo) includes:
- Signed NDPA Data Processing Agreement
- Data residency certificate
- 90-day audit log
- Phone + email support (WAT hours)
- Monthly compliance report
Compliance Pro (₦150,000/mo) includes everything in Business, plus:
- Dedicated data center zone
- 1-year audit log
- Dedicated account manager
- Quarterly compliance review call
- SOC 2 Type I report access
- NDPC registration support
Enterprise
For banks, government agencies, and large institutions. Includes:
- Dedicated servers (not shared infrastructure)
- Custom SLA (up to 99.99% uptime)
- Dedicated DPO support
- Direct CBN / NDPC liaison
- On-site onboarding
